Pardee Homes’ Plan Five a family favorite in Rockwood at Prescott Park

Pardee Homes' Rockwood at Prescott Park features family oriented floor plans, including the Plan Five.

Measuring up to 2,764 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths in a two-story design, the home is suited for a growing family, according to Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

"With an open kitchen and family room, optional bonus room or optional bedroom five, upstairs laundry room, optional loft and two-car expanded garage," Tuvell said, "and, perhaps the best attributes of the Plan Five are its priced from $382,450 -- and its location within our planned Prescott Park community which is built around a private park."

Located at the northwest corner of Grand Teton Drive and Aviary Way, north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the community is centered around a 4.5-acre park with tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure.

It is available exclusively to residents of Pardee's Rockwood and neighboring Reston and their guests.

Rockwood's one- and two-story floor plans offer three to five bedrooms, up to 3 1/2 baths and two- or three-car garages in 1,596 to 2,917 square feet. Lot sizes average 4,500 square feet with pricing ranging from $292,950 to $414,950.

Plan One measures 1,596 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, den or optional fourth bedroom, two baths and two-car garage. The home has an alternative kitchen option that expands the kitchen and creates a smaller formal living room space.

Plan Two measures 1,688 square feet with three bedrooms, a den, two baths and two-car garage in a single-story design.

The home can be built with a bedroom four in lieu of the den and an optional retreat off the master bedroom in lieu of bedroom two.

The two-story Plan Four is available with up to five bedrooms and three baths and measures up to 2,485 square feet with a two-car expanded garage.

Additional features include a loft or optional bedroom four, optional fifth bedroom or optional studio.

Just across from Rockwood is Pardee Homes' Reston neighborhood, a collection of one- and two-story floor plans offering up to five bedrooms and three baths and two- or three-car garages.

The homes range from 1,717 to 2,759 square feet with lot sizes averaging 6,000 square feet.

Prices begin from $323,450 to $405,950.

Prescott Park can be reached by taking Aliante Parkway north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, 1 1/2 miles and turning left on Grand Teton Drive. Remain on Grand Teton, turning right on Aviary and then left into the community and right to reach the Rockwood model homes.

The builder's sales offices in all communities are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
