A limited number of move-in-ready homes are available at Pardee Homes' gated Montclaire neighborhood, located in a well-established area of Henderson that is off Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.

"We have a select number of homes being completed this month, each with a nice variety of amenities including many upgrades, special pricing and buyer's choice of flooring," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

Plan Two A at Montclaire measures 2,786 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den and loft. Priced at $326,000, the home includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and five-speaker theater package.

Montclaire Plan Three A is also available, measuring 3,380 square feet and features four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and two-car garage. Priced at $343,225, the home includes stainless steel appliances, designer interior paint and granite countertops.

Montclaire's six floor plans range from 2,368 square to 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Prices start from $288,450.

"Additionally, the neighborhood is near established retail (outlets), restaurants, schools, houses of worship, medical and other services," Tuvell said.

To reach Montclaire, take Eastern Avenue south of St. Rose Parkway and turn right on Horizon Ridge. Follow Horizon Ridge west then turn left on Jeffreys. The entrance is ahead, on the left. Pardee Homes' sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.
