Pardee returns to roots with Eldorado Ridge grand opening April 14

Over the past two decades, Pardee Homes has had a long history with Eldorado, a master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

Pardee continues its Eldorado legacy with the opening of LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge on April 14.

"Pardee Homes opened its first neighborhood in Eldorado in April 1990, and 22 years later, we are excited to again offer new homes in Eldorado with our collection of Living-Smart Homes in what will be the first gated community in Eldorado," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge is a collection of four floor plans that range from 1,850 to 2,986 square feet.

The one- and two-story plans include such features as great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and a unique outdoor room option.

The neighborhood can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the Beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Way and travel east to Gentle Brook Street.

The neighborhood is on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook.

The single-story Plan One at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge measures 1,850 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 2,137 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen, and two-car garage with optional third-car garage or workshop.

Plan Three measures about 2,500 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage.

Plan Four measures 2,986 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living room, game room and three-car garage.

It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a unique 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside.

Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and optional sixth and seventh bedroom and fourth bath instead of the game room.

Pardee's exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to Tuvell.

LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers.

Pardee also includes such items as slab-granite kitchen countertops, radiant-roof barrier, stainless steel appliances and birch cabinets as standard features at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge.

Sales office hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday.
