Pardee rings in 2013 with Eldorado

Pardee Homes will kick off the new year by opening its Eldorado Heights neighborhood in its Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

"We will start 2013 with the debut of Eldorado Heights featuring seven exciting new floor plans and our new GenerationSmart Suite concept," said Pardee Homes' Regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Eldorado Heights, which is off Deer Springs Road at Gentle Brook Street, east of Aliante Parkway, is a gated community, featuring floor plans with extra-large kitchen islands, game rooms and a four-car garage. A grand opening is planned for Jan. 19.

This will be the first neighborhood to offer Pardee's exclusive GenerationSmart Suite with private entrance and living areas.

"Our research shows that many generations are living together under one roof - from parents to grandparents, young and adult children," Tuvell said. "Our GenerationSmart Suite provides a unique, private living area to accommodate today's diverse buyers."

Homes range in size from 2,385 to 4,217 square feet in one- and two-story designs with as many as six bedrooms and as many as five baths.

Each of the two-story designs offers a downstairs bedroom and Pardee will offer its optional 12-foot glider window package at the covered patio on select plans.

Eldorado Heights also will feature Pardee's LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

The Eldorado community features many nearby recreational opportunities, including Seastrand Community Park, Eldorado Park and Aliante's Nature Discovery Park. Established schools, retail, dining and the Aliante Library are nearby.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood offers homes that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet in one- and two-story designs. Prices start from $210,450.

The gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and travel east to Gentle Brook Street. The neighborhood is on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook Street.

All Pardee sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.

Pardee has two new programs to help people buy new homes.

The company's Homeward Bound program provides expert assistance to prospective buyers on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.

Offered exclusively for Pardee homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as long as three years.
