Pardee to sell final model homes in Mirador at Mountain’s Edge

Pardee Homes' Mirador, one of the first neighborhoods to open within Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, is offering its final two model homes for sale.

"These Mirador model homes represent a one-of-a-kind opportunity to own in a prime area of Mountain's Edge near Exploration Park and Exploration Peak," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

"In addition, the models are finished with many upscale amenities, including custom paint, upgraded cabinets, flooring and landscaping, among other appointments," Tuvell said.

For information on available homes, model homes and pricing, call the Rosetta Sales Center at 366-1583.

Mirador model Plan Two-B measures 2,717 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, three baths, den, three-car garage and courtyard entry.

The Mirador Plan Three-D model home measures 3,039 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room, den, two-car garage, plus swing garage.

To reach Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community.

To reach Rosetta Sales Center, proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue, turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.

Pardee Homes' sales offices and model complexes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
