Pardee’s Durango Trail to open April 27

Pardee Homes’ Durango Ranch community in southwest Las Vegas is getting a new neighbor — Durango Trail, which is scheduled to open April 27.

“Durango Trail will be a great addition to the single-story homes offered at Durango Ranch, and will feature two single-story floor plans that range from 2,789 to 3,023 square feet,” said Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

The gated neighborhood will feature about 30 homesites and floor plans that can each be built with the builder’s GenSmart Suite that provides a private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations living together.

Located near the southeast corner of Durango Drive and Pebble Road in the southwest valley, Pardee Homes’ Durango Ranch features single-story plans that range from 2,972 to 3,849 square feet. The homes feature as many as five bedrooms, optional detached casitas, three-car garages, Nevada Rooms (optional enclosed rooms instead of a covered patio), large kitchens, great rooms and optional recreational vehicle parking pads. The neighborhoods are part of Pardee’s LivingSmart program that includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources, Tuvell said.
