Pardee’s Trail Ridge homes come with upgraded features

Pardee Homes' gated Trail Ridge neighborhood in southwestern Las Vegas is offering move-in ready homes, according to Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell. Prices ranging from the $150,000s to the $160,000s.

Among them is Plan 2C, which measures 1,410 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage. Priced at $167,275, the home includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer and backyard landscaping.

A Trail Ridge Plan 1A is also move-in ready and is priced from $156,325. The home measures 1,366 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer.

A move-in ready Plan 2A measures 1,410 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced from $160,375.

Located off of Agate Avenue near the northeast corner of Durango Drive and Blue Diamond Road, Trail Ridge offers two-story homes and community amenities including a heated swimming pool, tot lot and picnic area available exclusively to residents and their guests.

Trail Ridge floor plans range from 1,366 to 1,778 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, three baths, upstairs laundry rooms and two-car garages. The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms. Prices range from $152,750 to $173,450.

The neighborhood is part of Pardee's LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to Tuvell.

Trail Ridge is part of Pardee's New Standard program that features granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer and dryer, which are included in the price of the home.
