Planet Hyundai finance manager happy in Las Vegas

Daniel Albers, 28, said he is grateful for his life and his career in the car business. His one-year anniversary in Las Vegas was March 3 and the time in Southern Nevada has been interesting for the finance manager of Planet Hyundai at 7150 W. Sahara Ave.

“We have people working here that have come from all parts of the country,” Albers said. “Our owners are hands-on and on-site every day. What we’re doing here is bringing back the family environment of buying a vehicle. This is not a corporate atmosphere and the owners are active every day in every one of its operations.

“No question about it,” Albers said. “When someone is looking at a new vehicle nowadays, the Hyundai is at the top of the list. Better yet, it’s at the top of the list for automobile owners in other countries, too.”

Albers said the key is the 10-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty along with the five-year, 60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper coverage.

“Buying a Hyundai includes a level of security that you won’t find anywhere else,” he said. “Hyundai took the car business to another level. The Hyundai business is now exploding and we’re all proud to be a part of it.”

Albers said the dealership provides affordable financing options for those with any kind of credit challenge.

“Considering what we all went through when the market crashed in 2008, there is no reason for anyone to be embarrassed,” Albers said. “Even people with great knowledge of the market got hurt when the market went into a tailspin.

“We’re here to help anyone and we’ll make a car deal work if at all possible. We’ve had many customers who never thought we could get them financed and we got it done and put them in a new vehicle. We just need the opportunity.”
