Prices for Harmony Sands start at less than $70 per square foot

Harmony Homes is offering its new Harmony Sands collection in North Las Vegas with five single- and two-story floor plans in a gated, cul-de-sac neighborhood with prices starting at less than $70 per square foot.

"These are very flexible floor plans that can be designed with up to six bedrooms and up to a three-car garage, depending on your preference," Garry Buzick, sales agent, said.

"Granite kitchen countertops, upgraded base boards and beautiful paver driveways are just a few of the popular items included in the base price of the homes at Harmony Pointe."

Floor plans range from 1,749 to 3,134 square feet. Each includes as many as five bedrooms, as many as four baths and two- or three-car garages. Among them is the 3,134-square-foot residence with two stories, four bedrooms, four baths and a two-car garage.

"This home has two master bedrooms," Buzick said. "One is on the second level and one is on the first. Both have full bathrooms and are very popular with a variety of home buyers. You can use the downstairs master as a bedroom for long-term guests or roommates, an office, a play room or even an exercise room."

This plan offers a den on the first level and a loft on the second level that can be a fifth bedroom.

Harmony Sands is located near Interstate-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, in North Las Vegas, minutes from the Aliante Station Casino Hotel. This resort offers movie theaters, concerts and six restaurants like Original Pancake House and TGI Fridays. Harmony Sands is also near Nellis Air Force Base, the Cannery Hotel and Casino and shopping options.

Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated by a builder with more than 20 years experience and all new homes come with Harmony Homes' warranty that covers all components for two years and the home's structure for 10 years.
