Pulte Homes to hold end-of-the-year sale today

Pulte Homes is holding a New Homes for the Holidays Clearance Sale through Sunday at all of the builder's Las Vegas neighborhoods.

The valleywide sale will include The Club at Madeira Canyon, a neighborhood for all ages by Del Webb, according to Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte/Del Webb Nevada.

She said this will be the largest and final sale in 2008 for the company, offering unprecedented values, savings and specials on more than 100 homes that are ready for move-in by the end of the year.

"This is our grand finale of 2008 promotions," Motley said. "We are highly motivated to sell and close all remaining inventory homes in 2008 and to prove it, we are offering deep incentives, up to $50,000 and 50 percent off of all home options, plus a free washer and dryer.

"These are incredible values, especially when you consider that some of our homes are already priced from the upper $100,000s.

"This is a limited opportunity, however," she said.

"After Sunday, we will no longer be offering these savings and incentives, which is why we urge serious buyers to visit any of our communities today or tomorrow."

Motley said Pulte Homes and The Club at Madeira Canyon by Del Webb offer affordable homes and opulent residences in country club environments.

With 11 new-home neighborhoods across the Las Vegas Valley, offering homes from 1,580 to 4,817 square feet, there's a home design to meet everyone's needs, she said.

During the sales event, sales offices will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at all Pulte Homes neighborhoods and The Club at Madeira Canyon.

Certain restrictions apply to the clearance event, Motley said.
