Realtor Kolleen Kelley named as NVAR President

The Nevada Association of Realtors installed officers for 2014, led by incoming President and longtime Realtor Kolleen Kelley of Las Vegas.

During its annual installation Dec. 13 in Las Vegas, the association welcomed 2014 President-elect Kevin Sigstad of Re/Max Premier Properties in Reno, and 2014 Treasurer Scott Beaudry, broker and owner of Universal Realty in Henderson.

Sigstad is a former president of the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors. Beaudry is a former board member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.

Longtime Las Vegas Realtor Patty Kelley (no relation to Kolleen Kelley) will serve as immediate past president in 2014.

Kolleen Kelley, who becomes president Jan. 1, served as 2013 president-elect. She is a past president of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, and has served on numerous and committees of both associations. She works with Elite Realty in Las Vegas, and has more than 30 years of experience working in the industry.

At its annual awards event Dec. 12 in Las Vegas, Nevada Association of Realtors presented Kelley with its Realtors Achievement Award for outstanding service to local and state associations.
