Renoir Garden takes it back door

KB Home's new home collections, Renoir Garden Homes offers home buyers five two-story floor plans in Inspirada, a southeastern master-planned community.

"Our Renoir floor plans are new to Southern Nevada," said Alicia Rodrigues, regional sales manager for KB Home, Las Vegas Division. "They are well designed homes. And, like all our homes within the Inspirada master plan, Renoir features floor plans with garages located in the back of the homes off an alley way."

The neighborhoods are designed to promote a sense of community, said Rodrigues. They will feature tree-lined streets with sidewalks that are not interrupted by driveways.

"It's a place where neighbors will get to know one another," she said.

Homes range from 1,376 to 2,041 square feet. They feature two to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garages. Homes start in the mid-$200,000s.

All homes within Inspirada are within walking distance of a community park.

The central park features five acres of outdoor space including an adult pool, children's pool, tot lot, bocce ball courts and playing fields.
