Rhodes Homes’ Fiori offers townhome living
Rhodes Homes offers three townhome models at Fiori in the Tuscany Residential Village, a master-planned community in Henderson.
"With their square footage, intelligent layouts and beautiful exterior elevations, our three models at Fiori bring forth everything that home buyers are looking for in a new townhome," said Glynda Rhodes, vice president of interior and architectural design for Rhodes Homes and president of i.d. Interior Design, the design company responsible for Fiori's interior design.
Fiori took its stylistic inspiration from the Italian countryside. That design aesthetic is found throughout the neighborhood, as well as in the homes with décor options including brick and stone façades for interior walls.
The new models at Fiori showcase three-story homes with square footages ranging from 2,106 to 2,307. All of the Fiori homes come standard with second-floor terraces, two-car garages and laundry rooms.
Fiori's Residence 2106 includes two bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a den that can be converted into a third bedroom, and a great room.
Residence 2268 provides three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a dining room and entry accented with a porch.
Residence 2307 is Fiori's largest and offers two bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, living room, dining room and an office that can be converted into a third bedroom.
Fiori has its their own gated entrance, in addition to the guard-gated entry that protects that golf course community of Tuscany.
Seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and more than 33 floor plans, ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, are now open in Tuscany. Each offers innovative floor plans, including three-story town homes, single-story homes, two-story homes, three-story homes with lofts, and great rooms with island kitchens. Prices in Tuscany begin in the $200,000s.
When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 distinct neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.
La Vita Tuscana, a recreation center measuring about 35,000 square feet, is currently under construction. It will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children's play area and picnic area.
To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Prospective buyers can find information on the development by calling 873-7287 or visiting rhodeshomes.com.
