Rhodes lowers Tuscany prices

Rhodes Homes is offering thousands in discounts on the final five ready-to-move-in homes at its collections in Tuscany Residential Village, according to sales agent Marietta Manayan.

"In fact all remaining quick move-in homes are priced under $100 per square foot, even a beautiful high-spec Avellino home on the golf course," she said.

"These homes are highly upgraded and were originally listed at up to $180 per square foot," Manayan said. "The 4,375-square-foot home on Avellino Lot 11, a golf course lot, is just $424,000."

Rhodes is also offering smaller homes, such as a La Luna 3021, which was originally listed at more than $425,000, and is now priced at $299,000.

"We even have one Fiori 2,307-square-foot home for only $199,000," Manayan said. "That one is a sure bet to move fast."

She said the builder also is offering homes in the Melani and Terrazzo collections at under $100 per square foot.

"Several of these homes have top-end flooring, cabinets or appliances," Manayan said. "They are dream homes that may need no further upgrades to be perfect."

Other homes offered at Tuscany include Zanetti and Pesaro, single-story collections with floor plans ranging from 1,264 to 2,700 square feet.

Standard features at Zanetti include oak cabinetry, kitchen islands, two-car garages and ceramic tile countertops. Pesaro offers a list of options, from pot fillers in the kitchen and fireplaces in the great rooms to optional bedrooms with adjacent baths.

La Luna is in Tuscany, a Henderson master-planned community. It features four model homes ranging from 1,734 to 3,431 square feet. According to Manayan, one of La Luna's most popular elements is a casita offered with each floor plan.

"The casitas are located near the entrances to each home, making them ideal for a guest bedroom or an office," Manayan said. "Each casita has a full bathroom, and depending on the floor plan, a private entry with no direct access to the home. The privacy is an alluring attribute."

Melani is one of Tuscany's larger collections, with homes ranging from 3,758 to 4,876 square feet. It currently has home sites available both on and off the community's golf course with views of the fairways, water features and Las Vegas Strip. Most of the neighborhood's home sites measure 6,000 square feet or larger, and offer room for outdoor activities like a pools, spas, water features and outdoor kitchens.

The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual Bang for the Buck Quotient rankings.

Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.

As residents of the Tuscany community, homeowners at La Luna pay $140 per month homeowners' association fee and receive access to La Vita Tuscana in addition to 50 channels of cable television.

To visit Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson and pass Boulder Highway heading east. Look for the signs to Tuscany and turn left on Mohawk Drive. Follow the signs to main entrance. Tuscany's sales office is located in the La Vita Tuscana recreation center. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
