Richmond American offers promotion

Richmond American's Cimarron Ridge, located in the northwestern valley, has 10 homes left for sale, according to sales agent Veronica Price.

Priced from the upper $200,000s, the neighborhood is located at Deer Springs Way and Cimarron Road, offering access to U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

The builder is holding its Weekend of Purchasing Power promotion through Sunday. The offer includes closing cost assistance, reduced earnest money deposit, and no deposits on upgrades.

Three floor plans are available.

Priced from the $280,000s, the Rayado features 1,600 square feet, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two of the three elevations include a front porch. The main floor includes a great room, dining room, and kitchen with a food-preparation island.

Priced from the $290,000s is the Philmonte, with 1,850 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a loft. A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft. The Philmonte offers an open layout, with a formal dining room with two-story volume ceilings, nook in the kitchen and dual walk-in closets in the master suite.

Priced from the low $300,000s is the Santa Fe, a 2,050-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and study.

To visit, take U.S.-95 to Durango and go north. Turn right on Farm Road and right on Tule Springs Road, which turns into Sky Pointe Drive. Turn left on Cimarron, and the sales center will be on the left.
