Richmond American offers quartet of subdivisions at Southern Highlands

Richmond American offers four neighborhoods in Southern Highlands, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley. They are: Terraza, Belcerro, Belcerro Village and Bella Lago.

Prices start from the $260,000s at Terraza, the $270,000s at Belcerro, and the $290,000s at Belcerro Village. Bella Lago, which is located just outside the master plan, starts from the $340,000s.
