Ryland drops home prices at Augusta
August 4, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Ryland Homes has lowered its prices on homes in its Augusta gated neighborhood at Mountain's Edge, a new master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, according to Paula Farrell, sales agent for Augusta.
Updated listing and pricing information is posted at RylandRightPrice.com, she said.
Augusta is built on some of Ryland's largest home sites inside Mountain's Edge, she said.
"These are large home sites, with room for a pool. The floor plans are functional and full of touches that make them easy to live in," Farrell said. "Another nice thing is that because Ryland Homes has paid off its special improvement district fees, we don't pass that charge to the buyer."
Two of the plans are available for quick move-in, she said.
Everest is a 4,262-square-foot, two-story home with five-bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Prices start from $543,990.
The Shasta is also available for quick move-in, Farrell said. It is a one-story ranch home of 2,508 square feet. Prices start from $409,990.

To tour the model homes at Augusta, Belford and Ellingwood, take Interstate 15, exit Blue Diamond West (State Route 160), head south on Durango Drive, west on Gomer Road, south on El Capitan Way then right on Sacramento Hills to Emerald Twilight to the models.
