Ryland Homes debuts incentive

One of Ryland Homes' newest collections is Centennial Crossings in North Las Vegas. With prices starting at $80 per square foot and a new incentive worth thousands, this neighborhood offers a location near several major shopping centers and the Aliante master plan .

"Centennial Crossings offers three All-American floor plans, the Red, White and Blue," said Lara Lane, the community's sales agent.

The White plan features the main entrance, most of the home's main living areas and master bedroom on the second level. This 1,934-square-foot home includes three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a kitchen island, great room, dining room and bonus room or fourth bedroom.

"One of the most unique things about the White plan at Centennial Crossings is the standard balcony off the kitchen and dining room in the front of the home," Lane said. "It has been a very popular feature."

The builder is offering a brand-new incentive. "For new homebuyers at Centennial Crossings, Ryland Homes will pay the interest on your mortgage until 2012 when using our preferred lender," said Randy Char, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes.
