Ryland offers homes ready for holidays

As the weather cools and holiday music begins to play, home shoppers across Southern Nevada are thinking the same thing: Can we spend the holidays in our new home?
Ryland Homes is offering quick move-in homes.
“Quick move-in homes are perfect for those who need to move right away,” said Tracy Carter, sales agent at Ryland’s Verada View neighborhood. “They are either fully completed or under construction and many of them include upgrades worth thousands.”
At Verada View in northwest Las Vegas’ Providence master plan, Carter has four quick move-in homes available with estimated completion dates in October and November.
“They will be ready for you to have your first holiday gathering or New Year’s celebration in your brand-new Ryland home,” he said.
Ryland’s signature rooftop decks are offered as either standard features or upgrades in most Ryland Southern Nevada neighborhoods.
“The rooftop deck is truly unique in new homes and gives any party an extra special view of the city, mountains and fabulous Las Vegas Strip,” Carter said.
Among the neighborhood’s quick move-ins is a two-story Perseus plan, which includes 1,886 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.
The home also includes a deluxe master bath, Wi-Fi center or game room and a rooftop deck.
“We are already a bit elevated from the valley, so we have incredible panoramic vistas of the mountains and one-of-a-kind Las Vegas city lights.”
Verada View residents have a community pool that will be open next summer and a gated entrance.
“The neighborhood also is directly across the street from Providence’s Knickerbocker Park,” Carter said.
The 15-acre Knickerbocker Park includes age-specific play areas for 2- to 5-year-olds and 5- to 12-year-olds, swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, a multiuse events field, jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.
In another popular master plan, Mountain’s Edge, Ryland Homes has two homes ready for move-in at its Evergreen neighborhood.
“Both of these homes include upgrades that would normally cost thousands extra,” Evergreen sales agent Rhonda Polk said. “They are great for those who want a little more space for family members and guests.”
Evergreen includes more amenities than any other Ryland community in Southern Nevada. In addition to the parks and open spaces in Mountain’s Edge, residents have access to the private Club at Yellowstone.
The Club at Yellowstone spans three buildings with a fitness center, locker rooms, meeting rooms, big-screen TV, full kitchen and a children’s activity center. Evergreen residents also will enjoy three swimming pools, spa, basketball court, barbecue patio and outdoor play structure.
In addition, Ryland’s September sales promotion “Ready for You” is offered through Monday. New homebuyers can take advantage of 20 percent off the My Style Design Center on new home construction and as much as $15,000 toward closing costs, according to Polk.
