Ryland to hold November sales event

This month, Ryland Homes is offering special pricing on model homes for sale and as much as 25 percent off design center options in its Fall for Ryland event through the end of November.

Design center discounts are available at all 12 Ryland Homes neighborhoods and models are available for sale in Ellingwood at Mountain's Edge, Centennial Crossings in North Las Vegas and Auburn and Bradford in the Providence master plan.

The special promotion ends Nov. 30 and is available for new construction homes and homes that are available for quick move-in.

"These are great ways to save money and get the home of your dreams," said Charlie Muffley, sales counselor at Ryland Homes' Auburn and Bradford neighborhoods.

All four model homes at Auburn and two models at Bradford are available for sale in the northwestern Las Vegas neighborhoods.

"Providence is one of the top-rated master plan communities in the country and a perfect place to call home," he said. "It is near the 215 Beltway, which can get you quickly to any side of town and is right near Centennial Hills Hospital as well as major shopping and dining options."

Among the models available at Auburn is the 2,348-square-foot Pearl model with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage. This home includes a third-floor vista room that can be used as a fourth bedroom or game room.

At Bradford, the popular single-story Raven model is among two available for purchase.

The 1,748-square-foot Raven includes three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. This home's open design includes a kitchen island that overlooks the nook and family room as well as an open front courtyard.

Auburn and Bradford at Providence are gated neighborhoods that include their own green areas for families, sports and pets.

The neighborhoods also include their own barbecue areas with benches for residents to use.

The neighborhoods are joined by Windimere and Kensington, also Ryland neighborhoods in Providence.

"These are the only neighborhoods in Providence with the SID (special improvement district) fees paid in full, which gives you another $12,000 in savings over the life of the home," Muffley said.

Ryland Homes' Centennial Crossings is a neighborhood of two-story attached homes with the Blue model home available for purchase.

The 2,170-square-foot home offers four bedrooms, 2¾ baths, loft and minimum of $46,000 in upgrades. The Blue model's upgrades include upgraded cabinets, Silestone countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded tile and carpeting and a fully landscaped front and backyard.

At Ellingwood in Mountain's Edge, the 1,756-square-foot Rainier model is available. This single-story home includes two bedrooms, den, great room with a fireplace and $100,000 in upgrades. The home is fully landscaped and includes extras like upgraded cabinets, Silestone countertops and all appliances including stainless steel kitchen appliances. The home backs up to the community walking trail.

Space is abundant at Mountain's Edge -- a southwestern valley master plan -- as the community features more than 500 acres of land devoted to open space, parks and trail systems. The parks and trails cater to fitness enthusiasts and those who want to embrace the scenery of the natural desert environment.

Highlights of Mountain's Edge include Exploration Peak, a fully restored natural mountain park, and Exploration Park, a Western-themed park at the mountain's base. The park includes picnic areas, playgrounds, walking trails, replicas of a Western town and Indian village, an archaeology dig site and an outdoor amphitheater.

"No matter what side of town you want to live in, Ryland Homes has a community with incredible homes at incredible values," Muffley said. "We encourage you to check out our communities online or stop by for a visit to see how far your money will take you with our November specials."

All Ryland Homes are certified with the Energy Star Plus program, which gives buyers the benefit of owning a home that exceeds the energy efficiency of a standard home by 30 percent, according to Muffley.

New homes feature low-e windows that keep out 77 percent of ultraviolet rays, dual zone heating and air conditioning with increased control over air flow, providing more manageable monthly energy bills and compact florescent lighting with 13 watt light bulbs that provide the light of 60 watt bulbs.

Ryland Homes is currently selling new homes in 12 collections throughout Southern Nevada. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 6 p.m. Monday. For more information, visit rylandvegas.com or call the sales office at 258-0600.
