March starts a season of new beginnings at Ryland Homes.
The builder is opening new communities across Southern Nevada, all in award-winning master plans.
Amado Pointe in Summerlin and Ryland at Evergreen in Mountain’s Edge recently celebrated their grand openings with hundreds of guests, food and entertainment.
Other neighborhoods slated to open in the next month are Maravilla Vistas in Mountain’s Edge, a southwest master-planned community, and Verada View and Monticello in Providence, a master-planned community in the northwest.
Among the new communities is Amado Pointe, the only new-home collection in Summerlin to offer rooftop decks with sweeping views of the Spring Mountain range, city and famed Las Vegas Strip.
Amado Pointe’s two-story floor plans range from 2,175 to 2,389 square feet and include as many as four bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths and oversized two-car garages. Prices start in the high $200,000s.
“Amado Pointe’s home sites are all pool-sized and average 35 feet deep, which is very rare in Summerlin,” said sales agent Kelli Ball-Cunningham. “They also include oversized two-car garages and most also include a covered loggia, or patio.”
Residents have their own neighborhood swimming pool, park and two playgrounds.
Summerlin’s new 19-acre Mesa Park is also within walking distance and includes tennis courts, basketball courts, greenbelts, barbecue and picnic areas, a playground and softball fields.
Two new Ryland communities are opening up in Mountain’s Edge.
Ryland at Evergreen recently celebrated its grand opening and features homes with dual master suites, tech areas and walk-in pantries, as well as oversized garages.
Four two-story floor plans range from 2,588 to 3,529 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, as many as four baths and two- or three-car garages. Prices start in the high $200,000s.
“Ryland at Evergreen residents enjoy the private Club at Yellowstone, one of the most comprehensive amenity offerings from Ryland Homes in Southern Nevada,” sales agent Shelly Strait said.
Also in Mountain’s Edge, Ryland is planning the opening of Maravilla Vistas. Four two- and three-story floor plans are offered in this neighborhood, all with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck option.
The homes range from 1,939 to 2,454 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths and two-car garages. All of the homes include a loft and a kitchen island. The 2,127-square-foot plan offers the option for dual master suites.
In northwest Las Vegas, Ryland is putting the finishing touches on two new neighborhoods in the Providence master-planned community — Monticello and Verada View.
Monticello will offer four two-story floor plans ranging from 1,939 to 2,353 square feet. The homes will include as many as four bedrooms, as many as four baths and two-car garages. Unique features of the homes include tech centers, great rooms, a rooftop deck option and first-floor bedrooms.
