Shea Homes attracts out-of-state buyers approaching retirement

According to Ryan Smith, Ardiente sales manager, out-of-state baby boomers who are approaching retirement are considering buying a second home in Nevada.
Ardiente by Shea Homes in North Las Vegas is a an age-qualified gated community with prices starting in the $150,000s.
