‘SHOW’ DOGS BRINGS IN THE BUCKS FOR ANIMAL SHELTER

Plaster cast dogs donated by Las Vegas celebrities and productions were stars of Sunday's "Best in Show" at the Orleans Arena. The "Jersey Boys" dog (check out the sequined lapels) brought a $1,000 bid and the elaborate "Phantom of the Opera" was right behind at $950. The highest bid was $6,100 for a Cher/Bob Mackie collaboration, almost half of the $12,000-plus raised from the plaster cast canines. (Photos courtesy The Animal Foundation)
