Solstice homes offer as many as 7 bedrooms

Pardee Homes' Solstice, located in Aliante, a master-planned community in North Las Vegas, features five floor plans including a 3,100-square-foot Plan 2-X with as many as seven bedrooms and four baths that is priced from $270,450.

The floor plan features optional sixth and seventh bedrooms, plus a fourth bath in lieu of the bonus room. The standard floor plan includes five bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, family room, bonus room and three-car garage.

Another family favorite plan is the Solstice Plan Four, which measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, library, loft and optional guest suite with a private bath in lieu of the fifth and sixth bedrooms. Plan Four is priced from $324,450.

The two-story Plan Two measures 2,664 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths, including a bedroom and full bath located on the first floor. The home is priced from $255,450.

Plan Three measures 3,643 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, den and three-car garage.

It can be built with an optional fifth bedroom and third bath and is priced from $292,950.
