Southern Highlands Realty offers custom-estate lots at Augusta Canyon

Southern Highlands Realty announced the recent release of custom-home lots in Augusta Canyon, the newest custom-home neighborhood within the Southern Highlands master-planned community.

The lots offer the luxuries of estate living with the comfort of a 24-hour guard-gated community, said Mitch McClellan, president of Southern Highlands Realty. Available lots range from one-half to 1 acre and are priced from the $600,000s.

Augusta Canyon, a private golf and hillside community, is one of several custom-estate-lot neighborhoods within the Southern Highlands community. Southern Highlands recently was ranked 15th best golf course community by Golfweek, and Golf Digest Index recently ranked the community's private golf clubhouse as No. 1 in America.
