STRIP PHOTOS: Kardashian takes 13-year-old sis to Vegas; Miss Knockout; Pawn Star birthday

Kim Kardashian, Holly Madison, Josh Strickland and Laura Croft glammed up the red carpet outside the Paris hotel, right next to Las Vegas Boulevard, for Friday’s opening of Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris. Nick Cannon was slated for the carpet but wasn’t there. David Arquette didn’t make it as planned, because he was recuperating in an L.A. hospital after getting hurt in a car crash. I also didn’t spot Mel B. or Nicole Scherzinger, who were promised to be there. (UPDATE: Mel B was there, apparently sitting next to me, I'm told. Who knew? Below here is Kim with little sister Kylie Jenner, making her Vegas debut at the tender age of 13. Huh.

You gotta say it. Kim is still the queen. This is just one section of crazy tourists who swarmed the Sugar Factory to get a glimpse of her.

This was the view from where I stood. That’s Kim on the carpet. The guy in the gray suit is Sugar Factory’s Stevie Davidovici, aka Stevie D., who built nightclub culture on the Strip (Pure, LAX, paying celebrities crazy money for appearances) before an IRS raid a few years ago led to his departure from the club scene. But here he is, returned and opening Paris’ new club Chateau tonight. (Photos by me.)

They also had women wearing these pretty amazing cupcake-boob outfits. This model told me that someone asked her to jump up and down, but if she did that, she worried she would "fall out." So I go, "What if I tickled you?" (Photo by me.)
