Struggling single mom gets $1k tip from strangers
An Arizona waitress was given a surprise $1,000 tip from patrons in April, which couldn’t have come at a better time.
According to ABC15, Danielle Thomas, a single mother, had just been hit with a nearly $1,000 fine that she was unable to appeal.
The husband and wife who gave her the tip simply wished her a Happy Easter.
“I was like is this really happening? The woman grabbed my hand and just said ‘Happy Easter,’” Thomas told ABC15.
