Summerlin Centre offers urban lifestyle choices
With almost a dozen neighborhoods offering nearly 50 floor plans, Summerlin Centre is currently the most actively selling residential village in Summerlin.
"Not only is Summerlin Centre the most aggressive, it's also the most diverse in terms of home styles and floor plans," said Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of Summerlin.
Several new home styles have been introduced in Summerlin Centre, including the community's first three-story homes and lofts.
"The introduction of the new home styles accompanied with the planned amenities for Summerlin Centre makes the village an ultra-chic and hip place to live," said Chandler. "There is a unique vibe and energy in Summerlin Centre. Home buyers feel it and want to be a part of it."
Homes currently available in Summerlin Centre range from 1,430 to 3,175 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s to more than $1 million.
Neighborhoods include C2 Lofts by a Christopher Company; Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes; Montage and Travata at West Park by Ryland Homes; West Park Courtyards and Villas by William Lyon Homes; and Traccia by Toll Brothers, which features the Balboa, Huntington and Newport Collections; and Villa Trieste by Pulte Homes.
