SUPERMODEL NEMCOVA GETS SUPER-IMPATIENT AT JET NIGHTCLUB

Supermodel Petra Nemcova showed a bit of her diva side Friday at Jet nightclub.

Sources told Vegas Confidential that Nemcova refused to wait in line to have her identification checked to get into The Mirage hotspot for the Koi restaurant grand opening after party. So the impatient Czechoslovakian model decided to bail from the line and head to LAX nightclub inside the Luxor.

Nemcova is arguably best known for her tragic story resulting from the December 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, which brought on the catastrophic tsunami that killed thousands and devastated several islands.

Nemcova was injured in Thailand during the tsunami, which killed her then-fiancé, Simon Atlee. Nemcova reportedly clung to the top of a palm tree during the tsunami for eight hours before being rescued. She suffered a broken pelvis and serious internal injuries in the tragedy.

As a result, Nemcova started The Happy Hearts Fund, a charitable campaign she created after her survival and recovery from the tsunami.
