Terra Bella offers age-qualified condos

Terra Bella, an age-qualified adult condominium complex in Henderson's Anthem, is drawing home shoppers with its amenities, designs and prices, said sales agent George Trummeter.

Appointed interiors at Terra Bella include kitchens with granite countertops, and all units include enclosed garages. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s and association fees are $205 per month.

"Every person who has visited our model homes has commented that they are larger and better designed than they ever imagined," Trummeter said. "There are so many amenities and benefits that the value of these homes is undeniable."

Among the community's most popular floor plans is its Fiji model.
