n Midnight Mayhem is scheduled from 6 to 11:30 p.m. May 24 and May 31 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, 7000 Las Vegas Blvd. North. The event is designed to be a safe alternative to illegal street racing and allows drivers to pit their own street vehicles against one another on a drag strip. n A Nevada Reining Horse Association-sponsored clinic is scheduled for May 25-26 at Horseman’s Park, 5800 E. Flamingo Road. The clinic is set to be taught by champion riders Todd Bergen and Troy Heikes. The event is $250 for a day or $450 for both days, and it can be audited for $25.
