Findlay Cadillac, already rated among the top dealerships of its kind in the nation, has bolstered its staff by adding three members with more than 60 collective years in the car business.
The group includes Jennifer Jackson-Parvari, Don Kot and Dave Neyman.
Jackson, a sales manager and a 22-year car business veteran, is a Detroit native. She has lived in Las Vegas for six years.
“I love the Cadillac brand,” Jackson-Parvari said.
“Cadillac is a great brand for this city and the company has really changed its focus totally. There is now a different demographic that has widened our buyer profile.”
Kot, a 20-year car business veteran, is a 23-year Las Vegas resident and a Buffalo, N.Y., native. He has a long history with General Motors and significant knowledge of Cadillacs.
“I really like the General Motors product,” said Kot, a sales consultant. “I especially like the looks of the Cadillac and what it represents. Cadillac has diversified its line in the last few years; and the new 2015 Escalade is second to none.”
Neyman has been in the car business for nearly 16 years and with Findlay Automotive Group for nearly 13 years. He moved to Las Vegas in 1954.
“I started with Findlay at Shack Findlay Honda several years ago,” said Neyman, also a sales consultant.
“I’m going to retire with the Findlay organization. It’s such a pleasure to be back with a locally owned and locally operated company.
Findlay Cadillac is No. 1 in Nevada in new and certified preowned vehicle sales and ranked in the top 15 in the country.
General Manager John Saksa leads the dealership.
