Tuscany Village offers options

Homebuyers at Tuscany Village in Henderson are finding dozens of options for new homes.

"Two-story homes at Tuscany Village range from 1,365 to 2,646 square feet and are priced from $129,990," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent at the master-planned community. "Whether you are looking for your first home or need a bigger home with more space, these modern and open-home designs offer incredible values in an amenity-packed community."

Among the two-story plans is the 2,646-square-foot plan in Dunhill Homes' Modena series.

This home includes four bedrooms and as many as 3½ baths.

"Three bedrooms in the Modena 2646 include walk-in closets, which are very popular for teens and others who want more closet space," Manayan said.

The home includes an open kitchen with a nook and gourmet cooking island, a great room, a dining room, a covered porch and a two-car garage on the first level.

A second-floor game room provides the perfect place for the family to gather, she said.

Options with Modena 2646 include bonus garage storage space, a three-car garage, a rear covered patio, a luxury shower in the owner's bath and two master suites.

"Those shopping for their first home also have multiple options at Tuscany Village," Manayan said. "Our 1,365-square-foot plan in our Verona series is the perfect place to call home with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and an owner's suite with two walk-in closets. The second-floor laundry room is also a popular feature of this home."

Downstairs, the home includes a kitchen with a gourmet cooking island and pantry that opens to a nook and the great room. It also includes a front courtyard for entertaining.

Tuscany Village has 13 new-home floor plans with six fully decorated model homes. The one- and two-story homes range from 1,215 to 2,646 square feet and are energy efficient.

"Elements like tankless water heaters and radiant-barrier roofs are standard features at Tuscany Village now," Manayan said. "They are normally offered as an upgrade or not available at all in other communities. Those two items alone can save you hundreds on your energy bills every year."

All of Tuscany Village's new plans include dual-pane low-e argon gas vinyl windows.

All plans are certified by both Energy Star and NV Energy's Energy Plus program. These certifications require specific efficiency measures, such as air duct sealing, controlling air flow in and out of the home, maximizing the efficiency of air conditioning units, and properly insulating walls.

Once the home is completed, it is tested, rated and certified by a third party for its HERS (Home Efficiency Rating System) score to ensure that the upgrades meet certification criteria.
