Valley Automall offers reliable service and repair in comfort

Driving about town can be taxing enough without encountering vehicle trouble.

Dealers at the Valley Automall, 930 Auto Show Drive in Henderson, can pinpoint problems with their 300 technicians and certified mechanics.

Chapman Chrysler Jeep, for example, has 21 service bays staffed by 17 mechanics. The Chapman family dealership was one of the first to open at Valley Automall back in 1998.

"Where a vehicle is serviced can make a huge difference when it comes to safety, value and longevity," said Chris Strahan, who started with the company in 1979 and is dealer principal at the dealership. "We follow strict service standards that result in satisfied, repeat customers. The Chapman family, who has 24 franchises and 15 dealerships in Arizona and Nevada, has always believed that if you take care of your car, it will take care of you."

Dealer service is crucial to proper vehicle operation. That's why Chapman Chrysler Jeep provides notification of warranty updates, as well as customer reminders for routine maintenance. "It's important to minimize customer inconvenience. We want them to be comfortable and happy with the overall outcome," Strahan said. "We also offer two quick lanes for rapid turn-around service for oil and lube work, so we can have customers in and out."

Chapman Chrysler Jeep's service department is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
