Victory Outreach plans first motorcycle run to benefit rehabilitation homes

Victory Outreach Las Vegas plans to host its first Riders Out of Darkness motorcycle run from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30. Registration is $25 and is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The motorcycle run will travel from the Monte Carlo to Victory Outreach Las Vegas’ facility at 3415 S. Mojave Road.

The event will raise funds to help the group’s rehabilitation homes, including re-establishing the women’s home, reconstructing the men’s home and purchasing two 15-passenger vans.

The motorcycle run will include poker stops at the men’s rehabilitation home at 540 N. 28th St. and Cedar Avenue, which is the future home of the Victory Outreach Las Vegas facility, and Las Vegas Harley-Davidson, 2605 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 100.

Food will be served at the end of the motorcycle run at Victory Outreach Las Vegas’ Mojave Road facility, and a free live drama titled “In Reply to the Cry,”  which will tell the story of Victory Outreach Las Vegas pastor Benny Jaques, is scheduled to be performed.

Special room rates will be available at the Monte Carlo for the event.
