Wellington Place offers attic lofts

Two new models are open at Wellington Place, a Richmond American neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas. Three floor plans are available, and all of the homes offer layouts with optional attic lofts or suites, sales agent Chuck Myers said.

"We've gotten a great response from everyone who has toured these models," Myers said. "The optional attics are a great way to add living space without taking anything away from the size of your yard. It's a convenient layout for so many different people, from roommates to couples to families with teenagers. "

Wellington Place homes are priced from $249,990, Myers said. Those who act now, he said, can take advantage of Richmond American's Value Stacks Up promotion, which lets buyers choose their own combination of six upgrades at no additional cost.

"Once people stop by and tour the models, they discover what a convenient location Wellington Place offers," Myers said. "All the shopping you could possibly imagine just minutes away. There's also a brand-new hospital right around the corner, which makes it a great neighborhood for nurses or medical professionals who want an easy commute."

The Cassandra is the largest floor plan, with four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,650 square feet. Room options allow the home to include up to six bedrooms and 31/2 baths. Priced from the $270,000s, the design is highlighted by a first-floor study and second-level library that can be converted into an additional bedroom. Buyers also have the option of an attic loft or bedroom suite.

The Tuscana and Verona designs offer three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,350 square feet. Each floor plan includes a loft that is available as an optional fourth bedroom, as well as an optional third-level attic loft or suite with a private bath and walk-in closet.

Priced from the $250,000s, Tuscana offers a dining room and living room, as well as a family room and kitchen. Priced from the $260,000s, Verona offers a master suite that can be expanded to include a master retreat.
