Why does Obama “dither?”

Had the opportunity to hear Fox News pundit Dick Morris in Las Vegas today. He makes a provocative speculation about why President Obama "dithers" in making a decision on troop build-up in Afghanistan.

He doesn't want to make the move until after he accepts the Nobel Peace Prize for fear that the committee, which admitted that the prize was an "attaboy" as opposed to recognition for actual deeds, would rescind the award.

Now I don't know whether Morris is right on that. But it's a hell-uva speculation.

By the way, Obama accepts the prize in December. Let's see when Obama makes his Afghanistan call.
