Nancy Pelosi will lose her House speaker position, but not her seat. San Franciscans -- go figure?
Harry Reid will almost certainly lose his elected position come November, no matter who Republicans nominate.
Review-Journal polls -- the authority on the subject -- show that if Harry Reid were caught on live teevee saving drowning children and kittens in the Bellagio fountain, he'd still be lucky to get 39% of the vote. No one is neutral on Harry in Nevada. You either love him or you hate him -- and consistently about 50% of Nevadans hate him.
