YOUR WEEKEND: Celebrate the Brazilian Carnaval at Via Brasil Steakhouse

February is the month of the Brazilian holiday Carnaval, and Via Brasil Steakhouse, 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 100, will celebrate on Sunday, Feb. 8, with a lunch. The experience costs $22 and includes feijoada (a traditional Brazilian stew), gourmet salad bar, one complimentary caipirinha cocktail and live music, dancing and a Via Brasil Carnaval T-shirt. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 804-1400.

A live samba band and dancing will be featured on Feb. 20-22 to keep the Carnaval atmosphere going.

Via Brasil Steakhouse is open for lunch at noon Monday through Friday and closes at 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and at 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
