Tarkanian Classic

The eighth annual Tarkanian Classic basketball tournament returns to Las Vegas this week. Dozens of teams will compete across 10 varsity divisions — seven boys and three girls. The event has become the top winter break tournament in the country. Teams flock from across the country to Las Vegas, and dozens of future Division I players will be competing throughout the city. Tournament host Bishop Gorman won the top division last year, and is ready to defend its championship.
