After nearly two decades of living with off-white sofas, I was ready to spin the color wheel and welcome some brighter, bolder hues to my living room when I reupholstered some furnishings this spring.
Last week, I was sitting on the outdoor deck of a second-floor restaurant in the 100-degree-Fahrenheit heat of early evening.
