Portman is spokesmodel for Miss Dior Cherie perfume. Galliano has been suspended as Dior’s creative director pending an investigation.
Army Spc. Brian Tabada of Las Vegas was killed Sunday in Afghanistan after insurgents ambushed his patrol. Tabada, 21, was a fire-support specialist trained in calling in aircraft and artillery to quell attacks on NATO troops, according to the 101st Airborne Division in Fort Campbell, Ky.
