Eight contractors fined, have licenses revoked by state board

The Nevada State Contractors Board has fined and revoked the licenses of eight contractors for various violations of Nevada Revised Statute 624, including failure to establish financial responsibility, substandard workmanship and failure to keep in force a bond or cash deposit.

Charles Weber, doing business as WBR Mechanical, was fined $1,550; Mike Tocco Roofing was fined $1,000; Olympic Patio Construction was fined $1,250; Armada Inc. was fined $500; Silver State Stone and Tile was fined $1,100; Buffalo Tuff was fined $500; Ken Ealy Painting was fined $1,050; and Vision Concrete Construction was fined $2,150.

In addition to the fines, the contractors were ordered to pay investigative costs and make full restitution to all damaged parties.
