The murder trial for former Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles is set to begin on Monday with jury selection.
Robert Telles’ defense attorney filed a motion Wednesday claiming evidence should show prosecutors have no clear evidence of Telles’ motive to kill reporter Jeff German.
Telles, who is accused of killing Review-Journal reporter Jeff German, said Thursday that he was under surveillance in a bribery investigation before he was arrested on a murder charge.
