Herbret Muskin was driving home with his wife on March 1st. Police say he was stopped at a red light when a vehicle driven by robbery suspect, Kassandra Alvarez smashed into the rear of the Muskin’s car, pushing it into a pole.
29 year old Kassandra Alvarez was speeding from the cops in a stolen vehicle after robbing a business with 32 year old Lorraine Alvarado. Alvarez reached speeds of 80-100 mph after crashing into Herbert Muskin’s vehicle.
