The Las Vegas massacre and lax gun-control laws

We all look at things with a different mind-set. For instance, the NRA and gun manufacturers look at the Second Amendment way different than do most people. Our founders didn’t mean for everyone to have an AK-47 for defense. Only soldiers should have that kind of weaponry.

How quickly we forget Sandy Hook and other shootings. These murderers aren’t defending themselves against domestic terrorists or even foreign terrorists. The Second Amendment was meant to be a protection for people to defend hearth and home.

No one knows yet why this person decided to shoot into that crowd. But God bless everyone who has been affected by America’s lax gun laws. I blame our government for cuddling up with the NRA and gun makers and gun shows.

Rights are a good thing, but sometimes they go too far, and we pay a price because we can’t handle too many rights responsibly.
