New superintendent of Clark County School District must have academic plan

I have known three superintendents who have led the Clark County School District. These men have had much expertise in developing a budget, but none has introduced a more effective educational program to remove Nevada from the bottom of the national school achievement list.

In considering our next superintendent, he or she must include such a program, designed specifically for our students, as part of the application.
