LETTER: Victor Joecks on the homeless

After reading Victor Joecks’ Friday column on the homeless, I have one comment reflecting what my years in business taught me: If you notice something is wrong, state the problem, then suggest solutions. Mr. Joecks’ offered criticism of what the Democrats were proposing but nothing about what he and Republicans would do to solve the problem. Mr. Joecks should state his solutions.
