Temperatures continue to fall in Las Vegas as November ends

A man was hospitalized in critical condition after a shooting Wednesday night, North Las Vegas police said.

Officers responded to calls about gunshots near Clayton Street and Carey Avenue just before 6 p.m., according to department spokesman Officer Aaron Patty.

The man, described only as an adult, was taken to University Medical Center.

Police have not made any arrests in connection with the shooting as of Wednesday night.
