Rhodes Ranch communities offering many incentives

This weekend, home shoppers can take advantage of the last weekend in Century Communities’ “Fall Into Savings” incentive program, offering up to $20,000 in upgrades and closing costs at its three Southern Nevada communities. With move-in-ready homes at Rhodes Ranch, Tuscany Village and Westmont, homebuyers can move in within 30 days and enjoy Thanksgiving and the winter holidays in their new Century home.

“At Rhodes Ranch, we have 12 field homes under construction that range from 1,700 up to 3,000 square feet,” sales associate DeAnna Forsyth said. “You can choose your own flooring and countertops, and of course our homes come with many standard features shown as upgrades in other communities.”

Century’s “Fall Into Savings” incentives can be applied to field homes that already include valuable options and upgrades. Among them is a 1996 plan in the Monterey series, which includes 1,996 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and 2½ baths.

“This home also includes laminate wood flooring throughout the first floor, a covered back patio with pavers and a beautiful gourmet kitchen,” Forsyth said. “This gourmet kitchen ... includes a beautiful cooking island with pendant lighting and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.”

One Rhodes Ranch field home being offered with a $20,000 incentive is a 2173 plan in the Geneva series. The single-story home includes 2,173 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. It also includes a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, cooking island with pendant lighting and covered back patio with pavers.

Rhodes Ranch is an award-winning community with two guard-gated entrances, a multimillion-dollar recreation center, the Rhodes Ranch golf course and clubhouse and miles of walking trails.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office, at 223 Honors Course Drive. The sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
